Yes, we offer a discount for those who sign up for any annual subscription to McorpCX | Insights.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH for subscription payments. We rely on trusted 3rd party gateways to handle and securely process every payment.
When am I billed for my subscription?
Your billing cycle will begin on the date you sign up for your first paid McorpCX | Insights plan and will start over on that day every month or year. All invoices will show up inside your McorpCX | Insights billing page.
How are upgrades processed?
When you upgrade to a new plan, you'll be immediately charged a pro-rated amount based on your new subscription for the days remaining in your current billing cycle.
Do you offer non-profit/academic discounts?
Yes, our non-profit/academic customers will receive a 30% discount off our Enterprise plan.
How much are your enterprise plans?
Enterprise plans are designed to scale across your entire company. We'll give you a custom subdomain, advanced security features, unlimited usage, and more.
